We handle all the essential paperwork for the municipality, coordinate with inspectors at the property, oversee any repairs needed, rearrange re-inspections, and ensure the timely acquisition of the certificate/license. Once completed, a copy of the certificate/license is promptly uploaded to your Owner’s portal for your records.
